Engagement Card

One of my bridesmaids got engaged a few weeks ago. I wanted to make her a card and Sweethearts had the perfect image. I really hope that she loves it. In the inside of the card I wrote:

A fairytale has just begun in the most perfect way,
Down on one knee a ring was given, "YES" did the lady say,
But this is not a dream you're in, this is love that's true,
Now all await with eagerness the day you'll say "I do!"

 

Our carts so far

So Menards had a sale on Cricut carts on sale this week. By the time I went they didn't have the storybook cart that we originally wanted to get so we ended up buying Jasmine and Sport Mania. Now my little display must be rearranged, oh well I am excited about the new carts. I thought since I was redeeming the reward points for Sports Mania I thought I would type up all of the carts we have as our second post. We usually buy our carts on eBay but have started buying different carts from different stores (JoAnn Fabric, Walmart, and maybe Hobby Lobby) when they have sales. So in no particular order:

Well, I didn't know we had 19 carts. We have used most of the carts at least once. We have so many pictures that we need to scrap that we will end up using every single one. I am so excited about the wedding 29 days to go!!!! That will give us even more pictures to scrap and more reasons to use our carts. We want to get Storybook, Picturesque, and then some Christmas ones. I want to make homemade Christmas cards. 

First Blog Post

Welcome to our blog, it is mostly for our Cricut creations. We bought our Cricut this summer and it was probably one of the best purchases we have made this year. We love to scrapbook and with our wedding then a few months away we wanted to add a few personal touches. We have made our favor boxes, all of our wedding party favors, the thank you cards, and possible more if I really think about it. We will post all of that at a later time but just wanted to have a blog to share all of our creations. Besides our wedding stuff we have made cards and layouts. We are so excited about the Cricut and what it can do and how much creativity it brought out of us. Please check back to see our different projects.
